Thank you for inquiring about our catering. We have two types of catering menus for you to choose from:

Standard Catering Menu
Big Pans of Pasta, Salad and Appetizers
(prefer 24 hours notice but can usually accommodate Emergency Catering)

Expanded Catering Menus
Additional Appetizers and Entrees
(requires 72 hour notice)

You can also order items from our regular menu, but we offer bulk discounts for big pans of pasta, salad and appetizers.

The Pasta and Entrée Menus include the following number of choices:

Additional choices can be added for an extra $1 per serving for each choice.

The prices listed on each catering menu are for food only and assume our "drop off" catering service, where everything is 100% disposable, so nothing needs to be returned.  We provide the big aluminum pans, plastic serving spoons and cutlery kits, and styrofoam plates at no extra charge.  All we need to know is: where, when, how many servings, and what do you want?

We can also do more of a "full-service" type of catering with chafing dishes, upgraded serviceware, etc., but since this takes more work on our end, there would be additional fees for this type of service.  We would need to discuss the specifics of what you require for your function before quoting an exact figure for these charges.
