Home	BARTENDER A bartender must be provided by The Palomino for any function at which alcohol is to be served.  Our liquor license prohibits us from allowing guests to bring in and/or serve their own alcohol. HOST BAR A host bar is an open bar that is of no charge to the attendees of the function.  You are responsible for all the charges. You have the option of a per drink or per bottle charge.  There is no minimum sale required, but you will be charged for all bottles that have been opened and all kegs that have been tapped. There will be a 15% gratuity added to the total alcohol sales. CASH BAR A cash bar is provided at a per drink charge to the attendees. The prices are the same for either bar arrangement.  Once again, there is no minimum sale of alcohol required. A gratuity is not included with a cash bar. Note:  Many customers select a combination of these two. They will host certain items, but require their guests to pay for other options.
