DECORATION POLICIES

When it comes to decorating The Palomino, you can do it yourself or we can do it for you. During the holiday season, we will display wreaths, Christmas lights, tinsel, etc. to give The Palomino a festive feel.

Any additional decorations requested by the customer to be put up and taken down by The Palomino's staff will require additional costs. There will be charges for renting/purchasing special decorations as well as a $25/hour decoration fee. Any special decorations purchased by The Palomino for your function are yours to keep (if you so desire) at the end of your event.

If you would like to purchase and hang your own decorations, we must ask that you limit the time you take to decorate. The Palomino is only available for decorating if there is not another function scheduled right before your event.

A member of our staff can usually coordinate a time to let you in for an hour or two to decorate, but if the decorations will take you longer to set up or significantly add to our clean up efforts after your event, there will be additional charges for the extra time this would require.

As a general rule, we prefer not to remove pictures, artifacts, etc. from our walls, because of the time involved in taking them down and replacing them. We can provide you with an estimate for removing and replacing items from our walls upon request, however you are welcome to bring in your own decorations that can be used to cover things up.

The best way to find out what additional charges might result from the decorations for your event is to discuss your plans with us and we will provide you with an estimate based on what all would be involved.

LINENS

Linens are included as part of our packages, however, if we do not cater your food, we can still offer a wide variety of colors and sizes to choose from.
