ORDERING GUIDELINES Computing the number of servings is not an exact science. Most customers equate the number of servings with the number of guests. However, depending on your budget, the demographic of your guests and the size of their appetites, you might want to adjust your numbers up or down. When you order from one of our Palomino Packages, you can have us divide your servings equally among your choices, or you can select ratios to pick more or less of any item. For example, if you are ordering from the Palomino's Pasta Package for 40 guests, you could order 20 servings of the Pasta Al Bambino and 20 servings of Rotini with Alfredo Con Broccoli or any two numbers that add up to 40. You will also get 40 servings of House Salad. Once you tell us the number of servings, we can compute how many pans or trays you need. If your order isn't exactly divisible by the numbers below, we can make half pans or partial trays, and we always try to round up in your favor. The purpose of these guidelines is just to help you visualize how much food you are ordering.
