Thank you for inquiring about The Palomino. We have three packages for you to choose from:

Additional choices within the package can be added for an extra $1 per serving for each choice.

The price per serving for each package includes soft drinks (coffee, tea, soda), linens, setup and cleanup and buffet style service with our standard serviceware, but do not include tax or gratuity. 

There would also be additional fees for table service, upgrading your serviceware, rental items or other special services.

All alcohol must be purchased through The Palomino. You can have a cash bar or a host bar, or a combination of the two.  A list of prices by the drink, by the bottle and by the keg is available upon request. 

We will be happy to schedule a meeting to discuss your event and we will provide you with a detailed estimate based on what you require for your function.

To avoid a room rental fee, we require that a host minimum be met that varies according to demand:

For smaller groups, we also offer the option of a $10/guest host minimum.

Ordering less than these minimums will add 50% of the shortage to your bill as a Room Rental Fee.

If you decide to book The Palomino, we require that half of the host minimum and a $100 security deposit be paid in advance before we can reserve the date.  The reservation fees will be applied to your final bill.

All room rentals are for a 4 hour time period, with a $50 charge for each extra half hour.
